How We Remove Mold
The first step in the mold removal process involves containment. Our team uses HEPA filtered air moving equipment to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. This contained and HEPA-filtered environment prevents spores from flying into ducts and other areas of the building. Then we begin to remove mold-affected surfaces.
After our team removes these contaminated materials, we clean the affected area. An environmental consultant then performs an air clearance test to complete our mold removal.
How We Remove Asbestos
Just like with mold, when we perform asbestos removal in your building, we start with containment. Our team, wearing full hazmat protective gear, seals off the asbestos containing area of your property. We create negative air using air moving equipment. An environmental consultant then visually inspects the contained area before we begin the abatement process.
We remove asbestos-affected materials and bag them. Then we dispose of the materials according to Alberta Abatement Guidelines. Afterward, an environmental consultant performs a clearance inspection to ensure all asbestos-affected materials have been removed from your property.
